We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.

What data we process: name, e-mail address, phone number and details of your event (type, date, number of guests). For an order, also the delivery address and the order contents. If you send us a message or note, we process its content too.

Purpose and legal basis: handling your inquiry, preparing a price offer and fulfilling a catering order — pre-contractual and contractual processing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Processors and third parties: for running the website and communication we use a web hosting provider (Hetzner Online, Germany) and e-mail services (Websupport, Slovakia). To draft reply suggestions and the menu proposal (configurator) we use an AI tool (Anthropic, USA) — the content of your message or inquiry may be processed in the process. To compute the delivery zone, your address/ZIP is sent to OpenRouteService. Transfer to a third country (USA) is based on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention: we keep inquiry and order data for at most 24 months from the last event and then anonymise it, unless a legal (e.g. accounting) reason requires longer retention.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
